WEAKNESSES: Rayne himself is a weakness, letting alot of things go to his head, he's really quite gullible and fooled easily if you push him the right way. His obsession with power and money might get out of hand at times, and he can get emotionally attached to someone he trusts even though he'd never admit it. He's loud mouthed and really doesn't know when to quit, alot of the times he'll end up hurt due to his own words against someone else. He also, hates more then anything in the world, to be beaten at his own game. Also smoking and swearing at a young age, he tends to get awkward stares and people telling him he shouldn't be doing it but again, he wont really care what you have to say.
STRENGTHS: Rayne's strengths are probably only good in his fighting abilites, while odd, his main weapon is a long scythe used to cut through -anyone- in his path. He's also smart in the aspects of a computer, having really good hacking abilities he gets most of his info from the internet. He's not really sociable as he doesn't really care what everyone else thinks but can give off a somewhat charming feel due to his 'cute' looks.

PERSONALITY: Kuboshi Rayne, alot would concider him an egotistical bastard who only cared about himself... well that's probably the best way to put it. He doesn't care what people think or what they want from him, he only cares about his wants and his needs. Very Rarely he will concider someones feelings, unless he is very trusting of that person already. He's anti-social in some ways but doesn't mind striking up a conversation out of boredom wiether you be the enemy or not. Sort of the laid-back type he'll give off the casual smirk and back talk he almost always gives to everyone.

Although he is smart and devious, he's also rational, only when in benifits him, that is... if he doesn't shout his mouth off before it's too late.

BACKGROUND: Rayne hasen't had that much history as he is only 15 but alot can happen to even a child who hasen't grown up as normally as one would hope. Ever since he was a kid he's always been into violence, not just video games and movies but the thaught of the kill, the thrill of the hunt always seemed like such a fun idea to him, fighting doesn't give him a better rush more. Now -- he wasn't always like this, when he was growing up he lived with normal parents, nothing too special in his life so it seemed rather dull, but Rayne got involved with the wrong people.

Rayne was young but old enough to understand right from wrong, although one day before going to school some men decided to take him into a back alley way to 'discuss' buisness. His father had been in debt for a really long time and had almost lost his job do to an accident, so chances where he wasn't going to have alot of support for his family much longer. The men that took Rayne into thier group basically told him to do some work for them and he'd get paid nicely, but alot of the jobs required either delivary of illegal items, murder, theft or even hijacking. They knew Rayne was smart for his age, maybe too smart, and skilled with a computer made him very usefull to gather information on other people, and not to mention locations too. But something was different, Rayne acctually -enjoyed- doing this, he couldn't explain it but the thaught of his power, the thaught of getting money was so exciting, he could have people do his dirty work, he could buy whatever he wanted, he would be able to be in control! The thaughts where only the beginning, he then became addicited to his work and alot of the time would keep the money too himself insted of giving to his father. Eventually his father did go bankrupt and they had to move into a cheaper appartment but Rayne had already decided he'd take his things,run away, and find somewhere he'd be more appreciated.

So he decided to use some of the money to buy his own place, a small appartment room, but he could call it his own and make his own rules, it was only temporary of course until he could get what he was looking for, He was tired of the jerks who used him to do thier bidding, so he basically told them he didn't need them anymore and left. He only wanted to serve people he felt where deserving of his abilites.

Seeing a new's cast on the TV where alot of actions robbers and murderers did, made him feel like he wanted to be like them, get on TV, be known for his actions, his braught to justice killings. It would all be perfect! Having your name known but can never be caught in the act. That's when he soon discoverd an internet site to his interestes, the request revenge site which was of course, run by Strega. He looked at the list over and over, seeing who they helped get 'revenge' on, seeing the people braught to justice through violence. It all made sence! The only way to solve something was through violence. This was something to kill the boredom, to get him stronger and more into the killing game, although finding something interesting he knew they could experience the Dark Hour through files he tapped into. Personal data was so easy for Rayne, the internet of course had -everything-. Looking into the files more he found out alot about the Shadows, Strega, the Dark Hour,S.E.E.S., and even the Kirijou group. It was all too easy.

But he didn't want to get on anyone's bad side, nor be found out. Perhaps he could use S.E.E.S. as a base for now until he learned a little bit more about Strega, then switch over... he could learn a thing or two from both sides. Although S.E.E.S. didn't interest him as much, they faught shadows, sure. But for some reason Strega felt stronger, the fact they've hunted down many people so far gave him an excited twist in his stomach. Was it wierd to feel this way? That killing humans would be more fun then these Shadows? He'd have to find out for himself what would be more entertaining.
